At Mawden, we are proud to offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your shipping address. During peak periods, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and any delays outside of our control.

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time or tracking updates. International orders may also experience customs delays, which can increase the total delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in processing delays, delivery issues, or order cancellation. If our system detects a possible address issue, our customer support team may contact you by email to confirm your shipping details.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at hello@mawden.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe because your order may have already entered processing.

Delayed Delivery

At Mawden, we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may happen due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping delays may be caused by courier issues, severe weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, address verification problems, payment processing delays, or product availability.

If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that Mawden is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors outside of our control. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we will always do our best to keep you updated and assist where possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package is outside of our direct control. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend first checking around your delivery area, with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@mawden.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We may recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have their own process for lost or stolen packages. Depending on the situation, Mawden may also contact the carrier on your behalf to help follow up.

Please note that Mawden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do everything we reasonably can to help you resolve the issue.
