Refund Policy

At Mawden, we are committed to providing thoughtful pet comfort products that help dogs rest more comfortably at home, in the crate, in the car, and on the go.

We believe in the quality and comfort of our products, and we recommend using your Mawden product for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@mawden.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this 24-hour window, we may not be able to accommodate your request because your order may have already entered the processing phase. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you and your pet to feel confident trying Mawden at home. That is why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

We recommend using your Mawden product for at least 14 days so your pet has time to adjust and experience the benefits. If you are still unhappy with your purchase after 14 days and within 60 days of delivery, you may contact us to request a return.

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping.

An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Damage to the shipping packaging, such as a dented box or outer packaging damage, is not considered product damage if the item itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@mawden.com. Please include a clear photo of the damage and your order number so our team can review the issue.

If your item qualifies, we may provide a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, improper care, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, shipping delays can happen due to couriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.

If your package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping courier directly for the most up-to-date information.

Mawden is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at hello@mawden.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we are not notified within 24 hours, we may not be able to update the address before processing begins. In that case, we are not responsible for resending the order or issuing a refund due to an incorrect shipping address.
